REGISTERATION
After signing up, the Architect must register as a vendor to give room for upload and sales of Architectural design products. Review and approval takes 24hrs after scrutiny of files to confirm the registration is a certified Architect
ARCHITECT`S DASHBOARD
The dash board is made up of these pages:
• Home • Designs • Orders • Payments • Settings • Reports • Reviews • Logout •
HOME: At this Architect`s dashboard page, sales details which include the gross sales for the month, earnings for the month, items sold for the month, orders being received for the month, sales report by date, store analysis ns notifications are being displayed on the Architect`s dashboard home page.
• DESIGNS: this page is specifically made for design upload which is where the upload of Architectural design product takes place via the ADD NEW PRODUCT button. Product export button is available for generating and downloading a CSV file that contains a list of the entire product.
• ORDERS: Lists of Architectural design product ordered by customers are displayed where name of customers that placed orders are displayed and well detailed.
• PAYMENTS: Here the list of transactions for the month will be stated in details where the Amount, charges and payments will be listed in details.
• SETTINGS: Store general settings takes place in this page, where space to state your store name, store slug, store email, and store phone number are provided space for store brand setup is also provided.
• REPORTS: A clear report on gross sales, total earnings, total withdrawal, total refund, orders placed and designs purchased, total tax and sales report by date is stated in clear details.
• REVIEWS: Details of product reviews are stated in this page, the name of author, comment, rating and actions are stated in details.
• LOGOUT: To logout of your account, this part of the page in the Architect`s dashboard gives room for account logout.
HOW TO UPLOAD AN ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN (WATCH FULL VIDEO) FORMAT FOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN PRODUCT UPLOAD
• Building width
• Building length
• Total area of building (optional)
• Plot of land required
• Building spaces
BUILDING WIDTH: This is the total dimension of the building width, it must be stated
BUILDING LENGTH:
The total dimension of the building length must be stated
TOTAL AREA OF BUILDING:
State the area of building if need be, stating the total area of building in square meters is optional.
PLOT OF LAND REQUIRED:
The land size in plots required must be stated to avoid misleading the customers in making accurate choice of building design product that will suit their existing according to the customer`s land survey specifications.
BUILDING SPACES:
Here, the house design space per floor must be specified according to the building design by the Architect. Ground floor details, first floor details and other house designs existing floors details must be well stated to give the client or customer a clear idea of the available spaces per floor.

Any Architectural design brand logo watermarked on a 3d design image meant to be uploaded via the Aeedicpla store for sale, must not have any phone digit, social media handle nor location details. Such design won’t be approved. Any Architectural design brand logo used on the cover page and design panel which will be uploaded via the Aeedicpla store as it`s meant to be contained in the working drawing zip file, can have any phone digit, social media handle or location details of the brand.
DESIGN ARRANGEMENTS
A professional design starts from its packaging and arrangement, we are here to guide our Architects on how they go about the documentation of their various designs.
DESIGN MAKEUP
In the downloadable zip file meant to be downloaded after purchase by customers, the cover page, floor plan(s), working drawing(s), schedules which can be for object, doors, windows, and so on, roof plan, roof members (if any), concrete facial (if any), sections, elevations and dwg file for all floor plans of the building for structural drawing with no structural design, and no site plan are what the architect will provide for our client.
NOTE: Numbering of sheets is not optional. It`s very important so as to guide our clients in the packaging and arrangement of designs after print out.
COVER PAGE PATTERN
Two 3d image of the building design must be seen on the cover page, any style which the cover page will come with will be accepted provided that two 3d image of the building design is seen on the cover page. This image below describes the sample pattern of the cover page pattern all AEEDICPLA Architect must follow. It must not be exactly as we displayed, provided that you’re two 3d rendering and your brand logo is displayed and neatly arranged, we will get your design approved. It`s not a crime to give details of your contact via your cover page.

CAUSION PAGE
This page must be provided by the AEEDICPLA Architect to the clients to caution the client and make sure they see the need of inviting an Architect and other professionals in the building industry. Let the client understand that they must work with a professional architect to interpret and arrange the design, see to the proper approval and sealing of the design by a certified Architect, and supervise the design on site, engineers for the structural, mechanical and electrical drawings of the design, builders and surveyors to see that they erect a standard and durable edifice. AEEDICPLA ARCHITECT`S PANEL DESIGN PATTERN
After you have been VERIFIED to be an AEEDICPLA Architect, the architect must make use of his or her architectural firm panel pattern (with required details: name of the architect, design title, architectural design brand or firm logo must be attached in the panel, architectural seal if the architect have secured the seal, name of client space must be left empty for client to have their name attached, the date of design completion, contact and location of firm or company can be attached.
NOTE: Architects that affiliate with AEEDICPLA which have secured an architectural seal is free to attach or watermark his or her architectural seal, Architectural seal is optional. Supervising architect of our client must ensure that the said design gotten from AEEDICPLA by clients must be sealed if the said design isn’t sealed by the AEEDICPLA Vendor Architect.
AEEDICPLA INTERIOR / EXTERIOR PERSPECTIVE VIEWS PATTERN
The exterior or interior perspective can be single, two, three or more, depending on the Architect`s choice of display. No perspective views either the interior or the exterior must be in a single sheet, each view must occupy a full sheet in portrait form which can be in A3 or A2, it can be single, two, three or more sheets. 3D page view

NOTE:
• North pole sign must be identified on all sheets
• Once admin fails to approve your design, just have it in mind that you have gone against our rules of documentation.
All you have to do is to visit our documentation page to properly rectify your file arrangement. Sheets should be well numbered according to the listed sheets arrangement DWG file that contains the floor plans of that particular design must be provided by the AEEDICPLA Architect in the pdf zipped file for clients to hand them over to the structural, mechanical, and electrical engineer for the structural, mechanical and electrical drawing to be carried out BUILDING PLAN DETAILS Details of the building should be specified.
What the building is made up, the building spaces on working drawing and land size that can contain the particular building if 3m set back on the east and west elevation, 6m on the south elevation and 4m set back on the north elevation are done when calculating for the land size.
NOTE: Part of the exterior perspective that shows all the Elevations – East, West, North and South, are to be shown on the cover page.
VENDOR ARCHITECTS The vendor architects are professional architects verified by AEEDICPLA after being registered as a vendor Architect to expose and explore their creative and aesthetical edifice. Once verified and they agree to our terms and conditions, the architect automatically becomes an AEEDICPLA Architect.
We approve architects that have HND, BSc, MSc and PhD in architecture who brushed themselves up in playing with cads and doing wonders with forms.
AEEDICPLA has made it a point of duty to expose and explore their creative and aesthetical edifice idea to the world for our clients all over the world to discover, purchase and realize on site. AEEDICPLA ARCHITECT`S COMPENSATION An AEEDICPLA Architect is entitled to 70% of the Sum gotten from the design sold to our Clients while AEEDICPLA takes 30% for the site’s services, maintenance and marketing of the platform which is our top priority. Consistency in Creating and uploading designs will enable an architect to enjoy fully the benefits of this platform.
A particular design can be sold as many times as much as it pleases the Architect.
PRICE TAG An AEEDICPLA
Architect has the right to place any price on his or her design respectively.
ANY QUALIFICATION ?
We need your CV, attached with high school certificate, Ond, Hnd Bsc, Msc or Phd certificate, three different Architectural design with working drawing by the Architect, starting from the ground floor plans with the working drawings, to the roof plan, roof members, down to the elevations, the sections, window and door schedule, septic tank plan and the rendered 3d of each of those three designs must be provided for a clear review and approved CAC certificate of your Architectural design firm or brand must be provided.
IS CAC CERTIFICATE REQUIRED?
It is required that an Architect register as a vendor with a CAC certificate to prove that the Architectural brand is a professional brand. CAC is not optional, but if you are yet to register your Architectural brand, after enrolling as a vendor Architect, will help you register the brand via CAC. NOTE: No reply from us after 48hours on your email, simply means that your account was not verified, the issue might be because you provided a fake certificate or that your quality of design couldn’t meet the Architectural professional standard. ANY VIDEO ANIMATION ? Video animation of any design created is allowed and there is room for publishing of video animation to help in reaching more and potential audience or customers. HOW TO UPLOAD AN ANIMATION VIDEO: • You must have a youtube channel • You must upload the animation video of the building in your youtube channel • Any video uploaded on youtube for aeedicpla use must not have your contact and location details as a watermark on the video. Only your brand logo is needed on the video uploaded on your youtube channel which will be uploaded on aeedicpla ecommerce store • Copy the youtube link of the building`s video animation and paste on the space provided for video upload via the aeedicpla store.
